I went to this restaurant to get a simple burger fries and drink as did as many as 8 people in front of me. There were at least 5 employees working in the store. The line would barely move, it easily took me 25 minutes to get to the front of the line with 8 people or less in front. I had to debate about leaving including after I ordered my food because I may miss my my boarding call. When I got to the front and still waited and waited to be served I asked if i could get jalapeno poppers as my side instead of fries. He was dumbfounded by my huge request, he had to ask his supervisor, the supervisor said "No". I was so happy to be able to put the order in I was not going to debate, I did want to slow the good people down behind me. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my order. This is the slowest and worst service I ever received in a restaurant. I work in the service industry too so I am more than willing to be flexible and patient. but 35-40 minutes to put 9 people through at carl's Jr. is ridiculous. My food however was hot fresh and delicious . I wolfed it down as fast as I could so I would not have to bring it on the plane.
