Today on sept. 25, 2020, I walked into domino's at 6:55pm to pick up an online order and noticed that I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I thought okay that's fine, as long as someone comes to the register to serve me then it's not a big deal. Well I end up waiting over 5 minutes and still no greeting, no assurance that I will be helped, and this sense of poor quality customer service which i've noticed with this particular staff in the past (and this domino's hasn't even been open that long yet, and yet they seem to have a toxic group of employees). One employee said something to me which I don't remember and proceeded to go back to work. After another 5 minutes or so I informed one of the employees to cancel my order because of poor customer service to which I called them later to speak with the manager morgan. Morgan confirmed my suspicion that even he was on the floor himself when I walked in and didn't have the courtesy to greet me nor provide any level of customer service. Morgan addressed me as "dude" over the phone further confirming his poor quality as an employee (surprisingly a manager) and promised to credit my canceled order to which I had to reject because of his lack in sincerity.
