Resort Lifestyle Communities - senior citizen scammers

Red Rock Pointe is the Las Vegas location of Resort Lifestyle Communities. The company business model offers over-priced, under-sized apartments along with dining services for one monthly fee. The company leans heavily upon the "Executive Chef" and the "Freedom Dining Program" to entice prospective renters.

This is necessary because otherwise, nobody will pay k/mo for a 759 square foot apartment. The promise made to senior citizens and their children is this: We are operating a luxury cruise ship on the ground. All you do is have fun, while our staff takes care of the rest.

The reality:

The "Executive Chef" has ZERO training. The food is inedible. The soups are created using Las Vegas tap water (you don't want to drink it). The building has significant structural issues (plumbing leaks everywhere), the staff is fluid. Meaning, they won't be there long. The average employee has less than 2 months tenure.

The community has had 4 managers in 1 year. 3 sales directors in 1 year. 4 Chefs in 1 year. 19 people have had the job of concierge in the 14 months since they opened. The residents are treated with disrespect (translate: they get yelled at) if they provide honest feedback to the managers.

Additionally, if they contact the corporate Director of Field Operations, he simply has them evicted in the hopes of "limiting the negativity". In other words, if you complain, they will make you homeless. Management regularly attempts to make senior residents who complain appear to be unreasonable to their children (who often pay the bill) .

STEER CLEAR OF RED ROCK POINT! RLC will take your money and NOT deliver on their promises.

Hello my name is Anthony Michael Shepherd I worked for RLC Resort Lifestyle Communities don't work for this company at all coast the managers had us working extra ... tasks that were add ...I was fired for being sick..try to tell the mangment they did not care.. I was going through a very personal health matter which I explained tho Mr Neil and Bernadette..they disregard my health and fired me the next day ...mind you I was full time and was never offered health care like I should have I am 30 almost 40 there's certain medical conditions as a man certain check up and Mr. Neil disregarded my health don't work here avoid at all coast

Sadly it's corporate wide! My Mom lasted 1 month!
