Resort Lifestyle Communities Service

This retirement community is very poorly managed. Most of the staff quits within 3 months. The food is terrible, and the cleaning people recieve about 10 minutes training. The managers who should know in general how to do each employees job, have not tried to even learn the basics of each job . When employees quit or sick and the managers need to fill in they just sit and wait to hire another body.

they are beyond lazy, they think their job is to sit in their offices. When concierge is out or off shift the managers do none of their duties except answer the phones an respond to personal alarms of residents. Then comes the total ineptness of management, because inept doesn't even come close to saying what they really are, They love to blame others for their mistakes, they can't train anyone because they didn't learn the job of the person they hired. This isn't a retirement community, it's assisted living community. They call them retirement communities, but that's to avoid assisted living laws. Here as long as you can afford a personal care giver you can live here, no matter how bad your health becomes.

Desired outcome: Fire these incompetent managers, who run off decent employees. Most of all remove the Chef, He berates employees to promote his family members. This is a poorly run facility.

This place is managed very poorly, They can't keep employee's. Employee's quit within 3 months, They have very little or no training and then are berated for not performing all their duties. I personally watched Management train a new Housekeeper, LOL handed them a sheet on items and services they were to perform for tenants. Well there are common areas and common bathrooms that must be added to their daily duties, then there is the supplies and what to and where they are located to add to duties none ever mentioned. It's beyond poor training, It's management being so lazy they don't know that persons duties and have done very little to learn them. That's just one of the many different jobs that get very little training, But they are quick to tell an employee a tenant called and told them they missed a task, lots of those job training moments are in front of tenants, and it isn't pleasant to see.

Wifi - slow or stops
"Food cold, not appetizing looking, fried baloney sandwiches, ran out of prime rib
Lunch = Hot dog with sauerkraut.
Dessert is nothing more than jello salad
Pizza, terrible
Chicken tenders were for lunch and mine was so hard that I couldn't eat it. Carrot and raisin salad was good, but broccoli/cheese soup yucky
I am not going to supper. They are having shepherd's pie and all I could think of was the tater tot casserole."

These are all quotes from my mom, a resident. Last night she sent me a photo of dinner before she threw it away.

Spoke to COO Steve Mueller on 12/13/2020 who said he would speak to my mom and asked for her number. I have now texted it to him, by request, twice and no phone call.

Now I'm reading if you make a fuss they just evict you. For $5, 000/month, we were promised gourmet meals, cruise ship like attentiveness and pure luxury. None of that has proved to be true
