Store 750 E Moana LN, Reno NV 89502/I receive a firniture after I bouth it at this location an expend around $16, 000.00 Cash $6, 000.oo and credit $4, 000.oo on November 2020 and I have to wait until December 25, 2020 for the delivery. On January 8, 2021 I complain that my firniture was damage, and I have to wait 12 time for replace them. I cancelled my Insurance that I bought cash, Cancelation # 583870 from GBS. Mr Cameron told me to go to the store to claim my money. 1st. I ask to be paid for return the damage reclainable soffa. After the clerck told me that I was going to received $609.oo and I was aloud to keep the damage counsoul center, 2nd After I went to the store for claim my insurance money, some one name Mrs Pan told me that she will not give me any money, and she refered as the Manager of the store. Another person name Mrs Mitchell said to me the same thing without identify her self. I ask for ID cards. Both denied to give me one.This is the worth experience I have in my life with one store. Mr Corey Cunningham do not show up. He supose to be the Sales manager. I make a complain for the Director of the store MrMitchell O Deal, and up to date day He have not answer any of my concerns. Hopefuly the main Corporate office have the time to read my complain. Also, an Afro American guy aproach toward us, and in our conversation, He treat me, and told Mrs Pan to call him immidiatly if she need it help with me. I'm a disable veteran from an Military inteligent unit and a Tax Specialist Auditor from the Treassury Department of Puerto Rico, with an MBA in Accounting and Finance. What they did was wrong, an unacceptable for a Company that do 52 billion dollars a year. I will also write a complain to the BBB Department as well. People need to know the type of employees and bussiness this people do in Reno NV. at this location. Javier Ordein 4/14/2021, Nothing Follow.

I'm very unhappy with my purchase, the item I got was all damage and did not fit quit right one piece to another you can see through em... I did told the delivery guy (who argued he was a third party and he did know what to do and told me that if I ain't sign it as received he would be charge for the item) plus the store did not delivered on the 5th as it was settle... My item came the 9th and I was delivered around 4 the delivery guy made a nother of the they were apart but he never mention that one of the sit were loose and most of the living room feel unstable! The delivery guys nocked down one of my contain and got my new carpet dirty.. After all of this of course I was gonna be sad up set down and mad since my family get here tomorrow (wednesday and this is a total disaster) I came to the store to claim a return but he denied because he said I signed as received... Which honestly I did. Id read the polices and it says if is a defective product am able to get one of this three replacement, exchange or refund. But the store manager (which wasn't at least they have two) said I can not refunded the money
In conclusion it seem all of ashley furniture agents or associates aren't prepare for the position there have, retails customer service managers cannot handle this type of situation or explain before complication, none of them were helpful at all I lost a lot of time energy and almost my job thanks to them and all the time I inverted on this issue
