The care that my son receives was excellent. They moved the IGG dept. to Albany. He needs to take his infusion every two weeks. No infusion. The response I got from Renee is were to busy recertifying clients. If you have an infusion scheduled for New Years Day in home services, why was this not handled sooner. I ask to speak to Renee's supervisor, no return call. Renee never took care of nursing. The nurse was never told not to come. In pure English Albany is a pure SH___HOLE. I am now waiting for my Dr. to figurers out how to transfer to another company. Why transfer services from Plainview Long Island NY 20 minutes from my home to Albany 3 Plus hours away? In my opinion why are they trying to kill my son who had two strokes since August, and has nursing to dress him, shower him and feed him plus every thing else.
