I went to Aspen starting in Jan 2021. Went for a tooth ache, in which the tooth was pulled. While there xrays were done. Was told that I had bone degeneration and that 2 of my top front teeth needed to be pulled. The teeth were good. Was given a partial plate for the 2 teeth pulled. Was told that I need to see a Periodontist for a referral after the teeth were pulled. Was told that I could not get my permanent partial from Aspen Dental until the work was done by the the Periodontist. Went to the Periodontist on 7/5/2021. Was told by the Periodontist Aspen Dental should have sent me to them before they pulled the 2 teeth. I look over the bill that Aspen Dental charged me in which they have been paid in full. Some of the work which I was billed for was never done. Aspen Dental charged for work that they sent me to the Periodontist that needs to be done. They billed me for Periodontal Scalings and root in the amount of $1, 112. This work was never done by them. Also Aspen Dental has been paid for my permanent partial. They still have not given me an appointment to get my permanent partial nor have given me appointments when I call for them to complete the work I have already paid for. They stated that they can not give me the permanent partial until the work is done by the Periodontist. This has been going on for six months and they keep putting me off. Have been there twice prior to going to the Periodontist to have the temporary partial fitted properly, still can not eat with it due to it not fitting properly. Not happy with the services at all.
Desired outcome: Want the money back for the temporary partial which cost $955 due to it being loose and not able to eat with it. Also the service not done in which I was billed for and paid for the Periodontal Scaling and Root in the amount of $1, 112. .
