We had a drive thru order this morning at d&d. I am so upset at the kind or service I received today at d&d. The whole staff was so rude and discriminating towards us, that it was just ridiculous. I will never go to a d&d again due to this.
After making our initial order, I literally had to repeat the order 6 times to let them know what and how we wanted our sandwiches (Part of the order was - one croissant with egg, cheese, and bacon and one croissant with only egg, no cheese or bacon). At the end we asked if she got everything right for us and she stated yes, the minute we drove off and opened the bag both the receipt and the order was screwed up. One croissant with egg, cheese, and bacon only included egg and cheese with no bacon and one croissant with only egg, no cheese or bacon was not even in the bag she gave us.
We drove and went back in to d&d to complaint as this was too much. The supervisor there on duty (Megan) was really rude and prejudice towards us. She said sorry in a way like she is doing us a favor and with no empathy what so ever for the mistake they made. She even was not listening to us and so I got frustrated and said do you need me to write out the order for you to understand. I just got really upset and mad and stated that I want my money back as per your policy (Dunkin donuts), since you screwed up the receipt and the order. There policy in writing in front of the counter states that if the order is not correct (Receipt) you get your full refund back. However, she refused to give us a refund and had so much difficulty for apologizing for an order she screwed up on even after we repeated it 6 times for her. She talked to us with a really bad attitude. She was the most rudest and most insensitive person there. When I asked for her full name (Megan) she refused to give me her last name. I then asked for her manager's name and she only gave me the first name also (Rick) and not the last as she stated that they cannot give this info. She was so ridiculous.
I have been going to d&d for many years now and never had a problem. The whole staff there at this location needs to be replaced or seriously needs some training in customer service. They do not know how to talk to the customer or even to satisfy the customer for a mistake they made. I will never go to d&d because of this now and will never recommend it to others as well. The economic damage she caused it that, I lost all my gas money to go back and forth for a mistake they made and was not even compensated for it as per there fake policy that they post in front of the counter and do now abide by it at all. I was mistreated and will now spread my experience to all the people I know. I have been working in customer service for over 15 years now and I know what it means to dissatisfy one person, it means losing several new customers' and new business for the future. I am pregnant and this is my 38th week and she has caused me so much stress by this that I had to file a complaint online for this case. I know people have bad days, but never saw a worker get mad at a customer for a mistake the worker made. Also that the worker treats the customer like they are nothing and not even compensate them for all the difficulty and hasseling for driving back and forth (Pregnant - 38th week) and of all the stress this has caused me. God bless these people, is all I have to say...
Ask the girl from D&D how you can get that back lolz, anywayz this will be my last note for this complaint...
Obviously putting my complaint on this board was useless. I don't blame you all for it at all. Yes I guess I was an idiot to post my complaint only to receive such useless uneducated comments, it was surely my mistake. Anyways, thanks for nothing and god bless you all...

Ok, I guess you all are just missing the main point. I understand that my comments might not have been that clear. My problem is not the fact that I can't afford food at D&D or that I was whining about this whole situation. My main problem was the customer service aspect of this all. If you can't treat people with respect then seriously you need some training. I can very easily afford my baby and do not need anyone's or the government's help. Both myself and my husband have very good jobs and are very well settled. You are just missing the main point out of this. I agree with some of you on the commnets but other's I definitely disagree on. Anyways, I just needed to make myself clear about this. Thank you...

You is crazy Bren, the knives are out so to speak, you really think the Springer audience clones are going to let you get away with describing your complaint as you have? As for backing down, and saying basically that you agree that you have been somewhat dumb! That's music to the tards out there! Im very much afraid that rudeness in its many forms is rife and getting worse, even saying, or writing the word, makes one look weak and whiney! My advice, don't give them any further excuse to ridicule you, and seriously? next time you want to complain? Think before you try giving out the menu! Regards

If you have special requests when ordering your food you should go inside, they may not have been able to hear you in the speaker. And if you are struggling with money in this economy persay you should not be reproducing.
