Worst prescription lenses I've purchased in my life. I sent sunglasses frames to them and asked them to match the standard tint with prescription lenses. Three weeks later I received lenses which were tinted 4x as dark as standard sunglasses lenses and rendered me legally blind.
They refused to cover return shipping costs to replace the unsuable lenses so I asked for a refund instead, but they've refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee within the 30-day period and keep insisting their "lenses are all inspected by opticians."
I had to refill them with a board-certified opthamologist who agreed their lenses were too dark for adequate vision and who had no problem filling the prescription with a standard tint within a week.
I returned the defective lenses to Eyeglass Direct at additional cost and filed a complaint with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. They've refused to even admit their lenses were unusable and substandard.
The absolute worst merchants I've ever dealt with.
