Good evening
I am a Marshall’s credit card holder and today I went shopping for some items for my children and myself before school starts. I have to say the store was very unclean and disorganized so I just wanted to shop and leave when I was finished. I checked out and something didn’t seem right. When I returned home I realized our cashier gave me my receipt but didn’t give me all the items I purchased. I bought 23 items for $277 and 10 items were missing. I had to take an Uber back to store because Marshall’s is not close to my home and get the missing bag of items. This is really disappointing that I had to spend money to go back and get my items I already purchased.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response or some compensation for me having to go back to the store with an Uber to recover half of my purchase.
