We stayed at red roof from nov 4th to 6th upon arrival we couldn't find the remote while looking for it i found empty bottles garbage under the bed had to call office to get a remote and to tell them our toilet was not working right told us someone would be in to fix it Saturday morning I called said told toilet isn't working no one came in they said would be in today we went out from 8 a.m to about 3.30 no one came in tried calling office no answer so went up he said someone would be in cleaning lady came in said it was ok took the lid off of tank wiggled the float the tank filled. I said I'm not doing it she argued a bit said some would be in at 7 p.m a fella came in the tank still fills but to flush a piece of toilet paper down took 3 flushes totally disgusting I expect to hear from you and this be made right
Desired outcome: I want this made right cost us over 200.00 this was disgusting make it right
Red Roof Inn - Everything
My family and I have been staying at the Red Roof Inn Plus+ at 42 Flint Road, Buffalo, NY since Tuesday, August 24, 2021. We chose this location due to its proximity to University at Buffalo Campus. Upon arriving to our hotel, we noticed a whole heap of issues. The first basic issue would be that our room did not have a refrigerator and microwave, even though those are things that said they would actually be available in the room. When asked if we could have one, we were told we would be brought one to our room, but it never arrived. However, the other issues are far from basic. The bathroom was filthy. The curtains looked like they have never been cleaned, the tub looks like it hasn't been scrubbed since the hotel first opened, and none of the amenities worked properly. The sheets and the pillow cases were filthy! We had to buy cleaning products for the room before we felt comfortable enough to even unload our things into the room. The bathroom had no toilet tissue, the smoke detector is missing from the room, the safe doesn't close at all, the remote to the TV doesn't work, the outlets near the beds don't work, all the appliances look like they haven't been updated since 1980s! We even have to wash in the shower with flip flops on! There were no other options for other rooms when we asked, even though we were the first of all the patrons to arrive. Even the door is busted and requires a lot of work for us to close it when leaving the room. This isn't even the whole list of issues we ran into during our stay. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel, especially a red roof! I definitely expected better and would want nothing less than a full refund for this trip. I look forward to you helping me out with a resolution

Red Roof Inn - Room condition unsafe
I found a used crack pipe in my room safe and I also found used condom wrappers and half full leaking alcohol bottles under the mattress with crushed cups and pizza boxes under the bed absolutely disgusting im very furious about this and have even taken pictures and videos.
Desired outcome: Not sure but something this is outrageous
