The staff at the YMCA in West Seneca NY that work in the pool area are rude, and talk to some patrons without tact or respect. I am talking about young lifeguards raising their voices and yelling "no diving" from across the room. Mistakes happen, but they have no tact or respect at that facility. After the one life guard yelled no diving, the other came over and yelled "did you get that" "yeah, I just wanted to make sure you got that". That's embarrassing and unprofessional, I attend multiple YMCA's because of my government service, the one time I made a mistake and dove in the pool; I got yelled at by young adults.

They give wrong information I think they need more training
