I made an appointment to have an annual I exam. Someone called to confirm the appointment which I appreciate. However it was at work and I had to get off the phone. The women called me Back 5 more times till I picked up and procto tell me she wasn’t done talking to me. I told her I had confirmed the appointment already with her and had to go. She said if she can’t finish telling me what she had to tell me about the appointment then it would be canceled. That’s all I needed to hear. Turn her to cancel it then! I can go to an eye doctor covet under my insurance but because I order my contact lenses from there I was going to return back. They will never get my money again! Rude!
Desired outcome: I have no desired outcome. I will make an appointment with an ophthalmologist and be seen and treated like a human being.
