My heater is leaking hot water and the heat is not working. I was told by Marco they would send someone after 8am tomorrow. That’s over an 8 hour wait! That’s insane. My house floor will be ruined and I was told there nothing they can do. Why do I pay for service when I get treated like this. I am very annoyed and dissatisfied with your service department. Whenever there is an issue my heater your office is unhelpful and non caring. Where is the customer service?
Marco would go silent on the phone and minutes until I would say hello are you still there and he said nonchalantly in an annoyed voice. Yeah, I’m here.. where is the customer service! I would never recommend Slomaims to a friend or neighbor. I will be filing a complaint better business, Bureau tomorrow. This is unacceptable
