I was in your Staples yesterday Oct.15, 2019 and what i witnessed was embarrassing and extremelyyyy unprofessional! I witnessed a employee walk in maybe just starting there shift but went on register since the line was long which was great customer service so way to go for you Tabitha Stevens. Then i hear a loud scream from across the floor from a female screaming Tabitha come here you dont hear me calling you. The way everyone looked back and was shocked to see and hear this was soo wrong. I asked who was that and the employee said the manager. Now i been a manager for over 20 years never seen this in my life! Everytime i go here you never see the manager on the floor or helping. The employees in this store work extremely hard and are great with us. Im calling corporate as well on this ! Something needs to change in this store or it will lose customers! Also the District manager needs to either retrain this store manager or Fire Her !
