On 3/17/25 as a new protection service member I came in to pick up my repaired computer. Right before leaving I questioned why the store address was not found on my new Garmin & the Manager first replied she had nothing to do w/it after I asked if she would report it & said it was not their problem. I then repeated my request for her to followup & she lashed out with a lecture about respecting her & only then would she deal with me. She is talking to a 81-year-old who knows respect! This is the 3rd unpleasant time w/her & the final. She will jump in when I am speaking to someone else, etc. I was speechless & shaking when I ran out. I am going to do my best to cancel my year's protection immediately. She should be in the back room with no customer inter-action or maybe some time off to cool down. I'm not cooling down & Best Buy never never acted like this & can't wait to tell them about their "rival". Not even a close match
Desired outcome: I do not want the boiler-plate responses & certainly no contact whatsoever with that person. Specifics are in order.
