I visited this store on Tuesday, 2/8/11 to have my prescription filled. I was told that the order could take up to 5 days so I told them I wanted to cancel. the manager promised that she would put a rush on the order so that I could have them on Friday, 2/11. On Friday, 2/11, I called to find out when I could pick the glasses up. the salesperson and manager told me that they weren't in yet. The manager promised to follow up and let me know the status. On Monday, 2/14, the sales person told me tha they still were not in and she could not tell me when I should expect them. I told her I wanted to cancel and I wanted a refund because I needed to order another pair of glasses. I asked to speak with the manager who was expected in after 3 p.m. called back after 3 p.m. the salesperson told me that they would only issue me a store credit the manager would not be in. I spoke with a man and again requested a refund. this group is most unresponsive. I do not want a store credit because I do not want to do business with Cohen's ever again.
