Greyhound Lines - troy bellamy-bus driver

Good day! My name is Kira Bell. On November 09, 2019 the bus driver assaulted(practically threw it in my lap)me with his huge duffel bag. At first, I didn't think anything of it. But the events leading up to this made sense. We were boarding at New York, Ny Port Authority Bus Station and I noticed that he took a guy's ticket before me scanned it and tore off a piece and handed back the rest. He took my entire ticket scanned it and didn't give me any portion back. When grabbed the ticket, it was in an agressive (snatching) way. I figured because we were a little behind schedule that he was in a hurry. An african lady came and sat next to me moving around in the aisle seat, turning around like she was looking for someone at the back of the bus, elbows in my side. I didn't say anything; just hoped that when the people would get off at the stops to Cleveland, Oh that she would move her seat. She asked me where are you going(in a demanding way)? I didn't answer. She started frowning and asked me "are you going to Cleveland, Oh? I said, "no I'm not". She said "ask me".I don't know what she was talking about. At the next stop she
moved to the seat across from me.wass talking to the bus driver and got back on the bus. An old lady asked me the same question. I said "I'm going to Chicago. She acted as if she didn't know where she was going or what we were saying trying to help her. I told the young lady that she is really nosy. The bus driver gets back on the bus, puts his butt in my face, started pulling a huge duffel bag from the overhead across from me. He turns around and throws the bag down on me then looks in my face with a stupid grin. He then says I'm sorry and put the bag back up. I said bus driver "what is your name"? In a low voice, he said"Thomas".He walks back off the bus saying", got it". We were only suppose to be at the New Jersey stop for a 5 minute smoke break. When he came back on the bus, I said "only punks hit women on purpose, remember that".Then he said, I said I'm sorry, I didn't see you. I said" you better not do it again".Then, I told him, ain't no way you didn't see me with this big [censored] orange sweater on. I said" if you just want to hit me, let's step off the bus".The lights on the bus were on and I was seated directly behind him. He acted like I was suppose to tell them where I was going. The old lady asked the bus driver again, where she was suppose to get off. The young African lady told him" tell her when she gets to Cleveland Oh. She was meaning for him to tell me to get my own ticket. I don't know them. Then he kept arguing with me also saying that he counted and there's three more people on the bus that shouldn't be. He told me probably more than 10 times during the argument to get off the bus. He says, I will give you my information to go in the and fill out a complaint. He was talking to me in an elevated voice the whole time but expected me not to say anything to him. He says that he don't have time for stupid stuff like. I said like what, like you hurt me(my person). I am suppose to tell you that you hurt me. He calls someone, saying that they are the Greyhound customer service, here talk to them. I said no, I am not going to handle your phone, I will call them myself. I said but if you will please write down the customer service number for me, I will call them myself. He said "no, It's on the back of the ticket, can't you read. You can read can't you. I said yes, I can read. He then tells the person on the phone, that's okay. I said "if you didn't do it on purpose, you wouldn't be saying all that. I said no, "you have my whole ticket and stub". Come on, drive the bus so that we can get home. He walked to my face and said"don't talk to me like that". I said "like what, did I curse at you"? He said "no". Then, he walked away "saying uh" loudly and walked backed toward me like he was going to hit me. He said if you not woman enough to accept my apology... He said, I need you to act like a woman. I said, "I'm gonna act like a woman whether you're being a fool or not". He kept walking back and forth on the bus. The black young lady knew some of the Mexican people on the bus as well as the driver. The bus driver leaned over the front railing of the passenger seat where the African young lady was sitting, looking at her like he adored her or was smelling her while she was laid back on the seat. He must have known her. He put two Mexican guys off the bus. Then, we leave the New Jersey stop. Five minutes after he pulls off, he acted like he was having bus trouble(from 6:47 pm to 9:02pm) and pulls over to the shoulder of the road. He didn't apologize to anyone for the delay arguing with me and just said that something was wrong with the engine, then the flow of gas. He called Greyhound folks for help several times. That's how I found out that he told me a lie and gave me a fake name. They asked him his name and bus number or I'd number. He called it out. When the other bus driver and help arrived, the guy that loads the luggage got on and told us to grab a suitcase when we get off(any suitcase) so we can get moving faster. At this point, I was frozen in my seat, barely able stand. I was trying to stand but couldn't. Eventually, I got up and started getting off the bus. I dropped my can of atring beans and apple on the steps and my sparkling grapefruit juice. The other passenger picked it up for me. The bus driver acted like nothing happened and started helping me down off the bus grabbing my leather book bag saying"let me help me". I looked at him in awe because of his doings. Then a male passenger, asked me where is my suitcase. I pointed it out and the passenger got my luggage from under the bus we we're on and handed it to me. I said thanks and carried my luggage to the new bus, gave it to the guy that was loading the bus, and got on. We got on the road at 9:02pm. At Cleveland OH, he yelled out that your bus is about to leave for those of you who are going to Columbus and, , , , , The girl jumped up got in front of people and started getting off the bus to get the other bus. He says "go the counter and get a ticket". He did not say for all of us to get our luggage. I went straight to the counter to get a reboarding pass. The lady at the counter(Kerry) takes my entire ticket with the receipt and itenerary page that belongs to me from the round trip purchase from Chicago IL to New York, Ny and from New York, Any to Chicago, Il. I explained that our bus was almost 3hours late from New York, Ny. She handed me a ticket for Cleveland Oh to Chicago, Il. She said the bus will be boarding at gate 7 at 8:15 am.I asked her for a complaint form. She said for who that little goofy looking guy and rolled her eyes? She said "you have to go get your lugguge of the bus". He must have told the other passengers to get their luggage when I went to the ticket counter. After everybody was still in the arrival area, I said that I probably better go get my luggage. I got my luggage and sat to fill out the complaint form and returned it to the customer service desk to Kerry(a lady). I asked if I may have my original receipt and itenerary page back and she no that's mine to keep. She said, I can give you a copy. Also, I asked for a copy of my companion form front and back. She gave me a copy of my receipt and itenerary page and complaint form. I went and sat back down until about 30 minutes before we we're to board. As I was walking to gate 7, Kerry and 2 other people we're laughing and she was standing to the end of the counter towards me saying, "it's because you were smelling yourself" and kept laughing with the others. At this point, I figured that the supervisor would not get my complaint. Then she calls for us to line up to catch the bus back to Chicago. She says reboarders go to line 8 and other passengers go to line 7. I was already in line 7 and had to get my things and go to line 8. It was a few people ahead of me. I handed the bus driver my ticket and he says "this is only for reboarders". I said, "I am a reboarder from New York. Our bus came in late and the lady at the counter took my ticket (entire) and gave me this one. He said, "where is your ticket, then he stood there looking at me and said"why would she do that"? I said "because I had problems with the driver. He tore off the ticket, scanned it and handed the receipt and itenerary page back and the stub. He let me on the bus. I had no way of proving that I had a ticket from New York that shows that I am a reboarder connecting from Cleveland to Chicago. The bus driver's name for that route is Ron. You may contact me at [protected] or by email at [protected]@gmail.com. I updated my information before my trip. On the account my old phone number was [protected]. Someone has altered my Greyhound account information so that I can not be contacted. My address is 758 East 79th Street Apt 218 Chicago, I'll. I would prefer that you call me in person so that the driver, Troy Bellam at New York, Ny Port Authority Greyhound Station and Kerry at the Cleveland OH, station will be reprimanded or fired for their actions to me. I also would like a refund. Thank you.
