I ordered a pair of those chunky Dot.Com 2.0 Oxfords. When I got them, and tried them on, one of those heavy duty eyelets popped off. I returned them in the same box they came in, never worn and still had the tags on them. A Mr. Sanchez signed for that package on Feb. 27, 2020. When I still did not receivecmy refund, I contacted a Tiffany Rainford, who told me I would get a full refund deposited it into my account on March 27, 2020. A whole month AFTER they received the merchandise back in perfect condition and per their requirements. When I still had not received my refund, I contacted her AGAIN, and her response was that it would further be delayed due to the CV19 virus. Now I am compassionate for the cause, but this is just another ruse, not to pay me back. They are so quick to take my money...but don't want to pay me back when their product is damaged, or manufactured poorly. I should have been refunded ALL my money in full, as soon as they received the product back. They waited too long, kept stringing me along, and now we are in a crises and I need my money back. The customer service is a lie.
I am so upset. I love Lugz, have other shoes...but being treated like this? It's wrong. You can reach me via email, and if you do, then we can take it from there.
