Lugz review: Purchase women's boots I got the wrong size you need to send me the correct size which is a 10

I am very disappointed with this company.

I've tried several times to get in contact with their customer service which the phone number does not work.

I purchase a pair of boots as a Christmas gift was given the wrong size try to get in contact with customer service to see if I can exchange them for a different size.

I had just purchased two different pairs of shoes from you guys and this is my third pair and all I wanted to do is just exchange for a different size.

I'm very shocked that there's no way to contact anyone I desperately try several attempts.

You have a return policy that you are not going by several attempts to go by the return policy and I still haven't gotten any response no email nothing bad business

The only thing I see on your website is people complaining about bad customer service and they're telling people do not purchase anything from you guys me personally I do not like spending a lot of money on the item if I cannot get in contact the company.
