Grey lugz boots
I don't have receipts or any information on purchase of boots other than knowing they were bought last year. The sole on right boot has completely detached from boot. I would like another pair as I can send these back. I've contacted the BBB and respectfully ask for assistance in this matter. The boots were bought at Shoe Carnival in Carbondale Illinois.

Their phone number doesn't work and the only other option to attempt to reach someone if a customer service message. I have messaged their customer service 3 times and have not heard back except for the automated response that asks for all of the information I had already given.
I ordered a pair of shoes, got the confirmation, they took the money and now nothing. I cannot even get a tracking number or an update on whether this order is happening or not.
It's a collab product so they sell out fast and I do want to get the other style of the collab shoe but at this rate...I cant trust that I'll ever get the first one. This is a joke. I'm not even threatening to cancel the order or anything and I can be patient if I could just get an effing update. It's a joke.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a gift and the wrong color was sent. I tried to return them but there was not a place to request to return them. I emailed customer service, and they sent me email back saying they were working on it and again with instructions for. I never could see the tab in which they were referring to. I emailed again, same response again. And again. I will get a follow up email asking, "how they did". All I want to do is return the shoes and get my money back. This company is ridiculous; even the website is crazy. Every time I sign in, it says I am using the wrong password and I have to reset it. I would definitely pass on to people to not order from this company.

I have bought 2 pairs of these shoes in 6 months. The same issue has been with both pair. The structure under the heel falls apart. I bought them because they looked nice, but for two pair with normal wear should not fall apart. I didn’t return the first pair, I just bought another pair. The new pair is only a couple of months old and falling apart.

I am writing to you to let you know, I have been wearing Lugz work boots and other Lugz footwear for 15 years, I have raved and bragged to everyone about your products for many years. I am very sad to say after 15 years of buying and wearing your footwear that I am very disappointed with all your footwear. My last product I bought was 3 months ago, (Luzs Mantle with memory foam) work boots. They are destroyed already I have glued the bottoms on about 5 times in one month and the bottoms are worn with holes, you will see pictures of the glue Mark's and holes and the deterioration. For the prices I pay for your products I would never complain but after being a loyal customer to your products 15 years esspeclly the footwear, i think I deserve a few things from you.
1. I think I deserve new boots for free to replace these destroyed ones, I will return your ripped ones that are only 3 months old.
2. I think I deserve a few pairs of free work boots diffrent kinds to try and alot of coupons
3. I would love to advertise all of your boots and footwear on my tictok and all my other social media platforms and become an affiliate of yours and display and model all your products on my social media platforms. I am very well known because of my family history and I can be a very big asset for advertising your products esspeclly the footwear and in return we can make some kind of deal. I would love to also build you a Design for a new work boot that I have in mind I think it would be a huge seller to anyone in the construction industry. But I would like to make a deal if you do agree to use my designs and ideas.

Hello, I ordered 2 pair of same boot, one for work and another for leisure. Sad to say that on both pair within 1-2 months the sole started coming off. My husband started using the 2nd pair for work since I was unable to get a return on 1st pair and 2nd pair also ended up having the sole coming off. I ordered these on Fingerhut, but still it is your product. Because I did not have the way to go by and send back within time frame I am now stuck with 2 pair of boots that are unable to get used. Yes my complaint is about lugz work boots size 9. After only wearing boots 4 times both left and right boot souls have come apart! This happened while on a ladder coming down off a roof. Lucky no injuries accurred. We loved the look and feel of your boots but what happened to the high quality of your product? I did not save receipt from purchase but believe I am owed a replacement pair? I am sending pics as you will see the boots are barely been used. I have gone through three pairs of lugz in less than 5 months. I will continue wearing lugz because of how comfortable they are i have been wearing them for years. I was just thinking they shouldn't split in half so easy on the sole, should they? I have tried different styles thinking it was just this kind of style but it has happened to all 3 of them. I have had 7 replacement shoes from them
The first one literally split in half on the Soul the second replacement they sent me had the logo stitched upside down and developed a hole on the inside of the shoe the third replacement pair they sent me developed a hole outside of the shoe the 4th developed a hole 5th developed a hole 6th developed a hole and 7th all separated from the Soul none of them lasted a month will never recommend Lugz to any one

I ordered two pairs of boots for my husband at lugz.com, one of the two pairs were defective, the shoes were two different colors, so we called and got the label to return them, two week later got the new pair. OH WAIT, again defective. SO we call again, they provide us with the return label. We ship the shoes the very next morning. Then a few days go by and I receive a call that the facility would be closed until for another week and a half until March 10th and that they would ship the boots expedited shipping on the 10th. Well it's now the 14th, so I call and the customer service rep who sounds like she is only half with it says they received your shoes last Friday, when they were received more than 10 days ago and they were delayed. She has the nerve to say would you like me to order them now and we can ask that they be expedited...UGH DUH...I was explained on the call two weeks prior that they would be shipped on the 10th...EXPEDITED! So she is like ok I will get the order in and we can request expedited. RUFKM! These people are clueless, I will never, ever again purchase LUGZ! This story may be TBC!

Soles fell off in less than a year
i bought my husband a pair of lugz black quarter boots and after one wk of normal wear they started making a squeeshy sound and only after 1 wk and 1/2 the inside was all shot out from the heel to the toe like a mini explosion i still have the boots im really upset w the co and i know they will make things right
Worn out soles in 8 days
Bought a pair of lugz from Silver city and within 1 week the heals wore holes in the bottom heals on both feet. I have the box and many pictures of the receipt and the shoes. I will try to down load them but I don't know if it will work I complained and sent pictures of the receipt and of the worn out shoes to lugz, com, Lugz.info, and Lugz.sales over 2 weeks ago. I sent E mails to the managers and vice president and I never got a response from any of them...Not good product and not good customer service at tall!
I'll never buy Lugz for me or family nor would I sudjest any of them get them.

Bought a pair of Lugz boots and after 3 months both soles had holes in them. Will never buy another pair of Lugz ... they are rubbish and poorly made.
I've bought several pairs of Lugz over the years. My older brother used to buy them and I'd make fun of him; "haha pretty boy shoes", until the day I stepped foot in a pair. From experience the tan boots are the only ones to get. Ive owned the black ones and they suck. Comparitivly to most shoes you can buy for the same price, you'd be a fool not to buy them. They aren't a work boot. Although, I've used mine for work on a daily basis, as a mechanic 6months. As a welder 3 months, as a daily shoe/logging boot 3-6mo. I buy a pair of Hawthorne's/Georgia's for working and a pair of Lugz as a comfort/dress shoe. You can easily get 6 months+ if you just walk in them.
I bought a pair of Lugz boots from St Matthew Mall in Lousville Kentucky because I had seen them advertise as good boots but after 2 months the boots have torn up a waste of money can buy just as good boots at Wal Mart
To compare Wal-Mart boots to Lugz is stupid. Of course with every product that's mass produced you're going to have error, with at least one. Wal-Mart boots you're lucky if they last 2 weeks in my world.
They come apart garbage, should of spent my 150 on timbs
I feel the same way .. I bout a pair of tan Lugz from shoe carnival in Seymour Indiana back in August.. Last about 6 weeks and the sole on the right boot completely separated.. I went back to the store and showed the manager what happened and she remembered selling me the boots so she replaced with another pair.. 5-6 weeks later.. same thing and this time I probably did not wear the boots more than a dozen times ... Same issue, same right boot.. I am over these cheap boots.. They are nothing like they use to be several years ago.. Something has changed and it just means we waste our money .. I went back to my old Timberland that are grungy looking but you know what, 4+ years and still not falling apart!

bought a pair brown leather work shoe. 3 weeks...the metal "eyelet"s are ripping/falling out...shoes are ruined...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?...I don't have the time, or MONEY to get ripped off...I drive an hour and half to the sears were I got them...this is NUTS
Out of all the problems I've seen/heard with Lugz, never has this occurred.
I had the same issue. I purchased a pair of their leather shoes that looked really nice from the pictures and got them on sale for less than 45bucks. They lasted 3 & 1/2 months. The sole separated from the actually shoe. The left one. I did not know this was even possible. I contacted Lugz customer service and they told me they would not refund after 90days but they were able to honor replacing the shoes as long as i sent a picture showing the damage. Getting replacements was a hassle after several weeks of constantly asking them whats the status of my replacement. Constant back and forth. The worst customer experience I've ever dealt with. Finally got my replacements (was not able to give me the same shoe design) but these are starting to do the same. Now both are starting to separate. I know I'm not doing anything different because Ive never experienced this issue with any other shoe manufacture before. I only wear them 2-3 days a week. I believe it come down to how its made and the materials that are used. Also noticed they are not made here is the USA. Believe they are made in China. Yeah go figure. I do not plan on buying anything from Lugz ever again and will let others know to avoid the Lugz brand. Buyer Beware: Their shoe designs are rally cool but there are tons of other shoe manufactures that offer higher quality shoes!

Same story here! My son loves the look of Lugz, but I won't buy another pair - they seem to have a lot of issues with the shoes separating from the sole - this is can't be repaired. Ours only lasted 3 months. :(
I bought my first pair of LUGZ last year and after two weeks it sounded like i had a flat tire, and the whishing air sound came out of my right shoe... So am year later i thought i would give LUGZ a second chance yet again two months later my right shoe had a blow out.. It separated and no way of fixing it so $69.99 down the drain... I will no longer bye another pair from this company, and will not support this company to anyone...
Terrible customer service/ Extra credit card charges
I made an online purchase of three pairs of boots. Two of the three where wrong size. I sent them back and after waiting two weeks more I received replacements which were incorrect again. Again another two weeks and wrong boots a third time. After two months and the fourth time they finally got it right! Then I check my visa statement and I see they have double charged me. The worst part is they never apologized once or tried to make up for their repeated mistakes. My requests to speak to someone in corporate where ignored again and again. Lugz is the worst company I have ever delta with! Do your self a favour and avoid any dealings with this company!
The heel has completely collapsed on both shoes. I've had them for 2 weeks. This is absolutely outrageous. I see it's a common problem with these shoes, as the same thing has happened to many people.
