Marshall's on Queens Blvd, Queens NY. Extremely nasty attitude from management and cashiers. I was told the items I was returning didn't match the tickets. I just bought the items few days ago... When I politely asked the cashier (who could barley speak any English) to check again, she started yelling at me in Arabic I believe. When I asked if someone else could help me because of an apparent language barrier, I was treated like dirt by the manager. Very bitter old woman. She couldn't give me any reason whatsoever as to why she wont take the items back. She finally said "we don't sell this brand". Mind you, it was Calvin Klein. They sell plenty of Calvin Klein clothes. I was dumbfounded. I replied to her saying this is nonsense and she scolded me saying not to rise my voice at her or she will refuse me service. I had a shopping cart full of items I was going to buy but after how they treated me I left and am never going back ever again.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to return items without being treated like a fool or without being looked down on or yelled at by a cashier. Marshalls need to stop hiring nasty, bitter people. Their customer service is vile.
Marshalls - incorrect price, rude customer service
I stood in an hour long line just to find out that "someone" put a wrong price sticker on the tag. I was so disappointed and frustrated, that I wasted so much of my time, but the employee Andrew was very rude rather than apologetic. There is no way that anyone can put this sticker there, it can only be done with price gun by an employee. This is not the first time this happened to me. I can't believe that CEO allows this kind of customer service. I will refuse to shop at Marshall's ever. Tjmaxx has way better customer service and they don't make mistakes with the prices, if they do, they honor it.
I did buy 09/03/2019 a sport pullover ($32.09) at the Marshalls in Miracle Mile, Coral Gables. Now I’m trying to return (today 09/16/2019) with my receipt and the product and don’t accept because the product don’t have some sticker with the price and bar. They (including the manager) said is not possible the devolution. I asked, how is possible you don’t have control of your merchandises? It was a gift, I wasted the sticker. I hope this problem have solution!
