The cashier, named "Jennifer, " at checkout aisle #10, during the 8:00 pm time slot, on 6/19/21, located at 1710 Ave. Y, always hides her name tag. She was warned about this several months ago by the front end mgr. named "Michael" and she did the same thing today again TWICE after the mgr. "David" told her to put her name tag on. She first had it removed. After David informed her of the store policy requiring it to be visible to all patrons (for customer service complaint-related issues) she put it on and then DELIBERATELY COVERED it with her apron. She has been told several times about this, yet she refuses to heed the laudable advice of the mgrs. Please speak to David and Michael to confirm the details, as this has happened many times before, all in a deliberate, evasive attempt to avoid being reported for negligence due to customer service-related issues. Terminate the aforementioned employee for a consistent and deliberate breach of company policy rules.

Stop & Shop - Fish department service
The Stop&Shop store at 1710 Ave Y, Brooklyn, NY 11235 stopped removing scales from the fish they sell. When I asked the lady in the fish department to clean the scales from the salmon I was about to buy, she said she doesn't do that.
We've been buying salmon at the above location for many years, but the last 3-4 months they changes their service drastically.
Also, that lady from the fish department wears her Dior face mask under her nose.
I tried to call the store but got disconnected twice.
