On June 19, 23 I tried making a purchase online for the amount of $46.03, when I thought the purchase went through I proceeded to lock my card because of past scams. Minutes later I received an unknown call which I picked up and the lady said my order had been canceled because of payment issues. Then I got a text message followed by an email also saying my order had been canceled. I checked my bank account to see if I was charged and the transaction was pending, the following day the transaction posted and the money was removed from my account. I called my bank and submitted a dispute because I was charged for food that I didn’t get. My bank submitted the claim and gave me provisional credit. White Castle denied my claim even when I was wrongly charged and my bank took the money they credited to my account as credit for $46.03. The White Castle I ordered from was the one in 2094 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd
