Aspen Dental - False teeth fit

I purchased a complete upper plate in 2022, that required removal of 4 teeth and a temporary plate to use until gum shrinkage. After 6 months a permanent plate was provided with a hard liner to be done if needed. On Aug 10, 2023 I had the hard reline completed. The next morning when putting the plate in my mouth there was sore spot. I put Oral jell on the spot and put the teeth in. I have had to repeat using the oral jell daily for a week hoping the plate would fit into my mouth better. Today Aug 17 I contacted Aspen Dental in Oneonta and explained I had a very sore spot where the plate was rubbing or putting pressure in my mouth making it very sore where oral jell wasn't helping. I called Aspen Oneonta and explained what was happening and I was told they couldn't see me until Aug 30th. I should demand my money back, I have a plate that I cannot use and Aspen tells me to come back in 2 weeks.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my teeth fixed, NOW

Aspen Dental - Appointment cancelled

My appointment for 11:00 AM today (Aug 7,2023) was cancelled because I didn't reply to text messages sent to me. This is the 3rd or 4th time it has happened. Each time I drive over 20 miles each way and take a couple hours of my time only to find out it is cancelled. I have informed the office staff that my home phone is a landline and doesn't receive text messages, as I live in an area without cell coverage. Each previous time this has happened I have asked the office personnel to make a notation in my file that text messages will not be received. Today I was informed that they had make attempts to text me about my appointment, and I asked again to please make a voice call and leave a voice mail message. I was told that if I can't receive text messages then it is my responsibility to call Aspen Oneonta and verify my appointment date and time.

It is becoming apparent that my business or my dental health isn't important enough to Aspen Oneonta, NY to bother to out a note in my file or make a voice call to my home. I will reschedule my appointment for this service that I have all ready paid for but believe me it will the last time me or any of my family will use Aspen Dental.

Desired outcome: An apology would be a good start

Aspen Dental - Reimbursement back on my credit card

On May 11th I had a visit at Aspen Dental which was a nightmare, no computers were workable and the phone lines don't work. I was told I needed a deep cleaning for $1,300. I had to pay for the fees before any service was done, but then I canceled my appointment which was for the 17th on May 15th well before and now still waiting for my credit card to be credited back. I"ve been getting nothing but the run around from this place. I'm thinking this Aspen Dental is nothing but scam artist! I will be reporting them in! Oneonta Aspen Dental NY

I went to the glen bernie location in April, and did not like my partial dentures. I have made several phone calls to care credit, aspen dental and still no resolution on my credit. This is close

to 2000 credit on my bill. I am starting to think Aspen dental policy is no credit to customers no matter what. My next step is the Attorney general of MD. I too get the run around that it's the

computer system. I DO NOT BELIEVE IT AFTER 120 DAYS.

I've been waiting since April. Say system hack keeps them from processing it.
