I went through the drive through.. I orderd 2 box meals .. a big box meal and a white meat 2 peice box .. I then orderd a separate side ..a mash potatoes.. I get home and .. I had only 2 mash potatoes..and no cookies .. I find my receipt and call .. the lady was rude to me pretty much yelled to talk over me and then told me the boxes do not come with cookies.. since when? Then trying to explain the extra side situation again she got rude .. I told her I'll never come to kfc again ..have a good night and hung up ... she calls me back and said where you done ?! Never in my life have I ever been treated this way and I said I'll call back tmro to speak with management..she then informed me she was the manager and I wasn't listening... I said u know what I'm not doing this I refuse to argue ..what happened to the costumer is always right? ..no answer but she proceeded to tell me im disrespectful and I don't listen ... I will never again eat at KFC..and I really hope for your cooperation sake ..this will be the last time she speaks to customer's this way!
