Stop & Shop

This is the 3rd time I am having with delivery since the change was made to instant cart by your corporation. When my orders were delivered by your stop and shop truck it was a better experience on the last 3 orders i had missing items and charged for them and out of stock had to call the local store at 70-20 Rockaway Beach Blvd Arverne, NY 11692, which is horrible management and customer service had to go to the store to have my missing items pick up and I went into the store to check on the out of stock items and they were all there mgmt give me excuses telling me truck delivery came after my item were packed which were lies because there were only few item there which was not restocked. the items that were missing were repacked along with items I had already received on my delivery corporate office needs to look into this matter the store is always empty and workers just walking around talking and texting.I never go in that store I prefer driving out to a different location management is rude and unprofessional.
