This is a complaint about [protected] unprofessional behavior at Regus (70 East Sunrise, Valley Stream, NY 11581). This lady is not of the temperament to effectively handle front facing customer service. She barked repeatedly at me and everyone else who dared try to open the door without "reading the note" that she angrily says tells us "you must wait to be allowed in". The first thing we notice on that door is the command to "pull". Of course, if the door does not open, we will wait. Unfortunately, she chooses to talk to visitors/customers as if they were her "kids". Never have I witnessed such lack of professionalism. [protected] NEEDS TRAINING, social skills, & cultural competence. Until then, she should NOT be at the front desk "fighting" everybody unfortunate enough to walk in. The reception area is too loud with tv on blast and her constantly on her private phone loudly chatting & laughing. While were sitting at the reception, she unprofessionally kept telling her coworker "people don't read" in reference to them trying to normally gain access.
Desired outcome: TRAINING!
