This is my 3rd time doing business in this store and each time service has been slow and there service has been uninviting. Today I waited while Kays associate was handling a ring sale and when she was done she said someone will be right with me and proceeds too walk away and knowing all associates were busy she comes back and asks what she can do for me and all I wanted was to make a payment. Why would you leave customer standing there knowing I've been waiting 10 minutes already? I told her this store is always slow and inconsiderate we bought a ring last year at this location and when I went to pick it up it was extremely busy and when I finally was asked what I needed I said I'm picking up a ring and it was handed to me not asked if it fit or how I liked it I was dismissed quickly. Again very uninviting. Our Keys closed recently in Massena Ny location we have never been treated like this at that location and we have spent thousands of dollars at Kays. we will pay or bill off in March and will no longer remain loyal to your brand.

The manager at Kay's located in Myrtle Beach SC Tanger Outlet is the absolute worst. I will not spend another penny in any Kay's location thanks to her Ms Linda. I will locate my wife another 5 carat bracelet elsewhere. Thanks again Ms Linda...
