KIA Motors

I am writing ans submitting complaints to all forum, social media all sites on line as wee as you customer service kia customer support.
August 4th I went to kia on central ave yonkers, ny. How this practice is allowed is outrageous and have been spreading what was done to me especially on facebook page just for kia of yonkers complaints.
My car was great. I went for a simple recall and mileage reimbursement. I came out with no working radio. There answer was have kia good will you a radio sorry nothing they can do.
Who says that to a customer. I sat there hearing so many complaints through the door. While waiting. That should of been a clue to leave.
And they never submitted my reimbursement to kia.
They are rude with a no care attitude from your general manger to service. To talk to me inn front of other customers. To date they said would try to make me happy and mikail has never called me back. I work for the school system and will share my story to thousands of employees to stay away.
