J.D. Byrider - unlawful and unprofessional business practices

On Monday September 30, 2013 approximately 2pm I had a missed call from CNAC which is the company who financed my car. I returned the call to see if something was wrong. I found out it was about the car payment. She stated we spoke on Saturday missing the payment by one day. She then said I advised I would be in today September 30th same day I received the call. I told her I didn't remember but I've been overwhelmed and maybe it did slip my mind but she immediately started yelling and being very defensive about me not making the appearance yet. I told her the day was not over but I would check something and call back right away. So I did and said yes I has a payment due 2 days ago but I always pay on time and this was the first time it slipped my mind. I tried to explain I had been ill and a lot was going on and I may have forgotten. She continued to yell and talk over me saying "you know when your payment is due so I shouldn't have to call and remind you"! Very disrespectful! I explained I was 48 and an adult and I did not appreciate her tone. She continued so I told her I would be there in a few minutes. I never made a late payment prior to the 2 day late payment this month. She is the kind of person that would make anyone say I would not do business with them again and would not recommend them either. I realized she was not professional when we called to speak to the salesman who took care of me the day of my purchase and response was "we let him go"! (Fired) but I did not think anything of it. I was advised by many not to deal with them but I did. I have always made my payment on time and I have always been polite. Anyone there would vouch for that. This is how companies lose business. Treating their customers like thieves. Well the end result was I made my payment even when she continued to be arrogant that day and I told her all she had to do was remind me not yell at me and I would have gladly gone and made the payment like I did that afternoon. I'm actually afraid of doing any business with them again or retaliation on their part for me standing up to my belief. You need to give respect to receive it. Glad that with my heart condition I left to avoid further ridiculous argument which could have been avoided if she were human and logical. Just to think she was a boss. Even some employees are disgusted by her arrogance.
