I am a parent of two minors, one 16 and the other 17 who were employed at the Chipotle Forest Park, Ohio location and I am very concerned about Cassidy's management techniques. For starters Cassidy never had the schedule up on time and when my children would call to find out when they work no one ever answered the phone. To the tune where I had to drive my children up there to find out when they work only to be told to call back or come back because the schedule wasn't ready. Then she would tell my children when to come in and when they did, she told them they weren't on the schedule for that day. This nonsense went on for weeks of the same monotony. To make a long story short since she never had the schedule posted and when it was it was unbeknownst to my kids as they called and or came up to the store almost every day trying to find out when they work. Some days she would tell them to come in for work or training and wouldn't even be at work that day. Totally unprofessional. Well in a nut shell she fired both of my kids due to missing shifts, but that can't be possible as she never had the schedule posted and kept changing their work dates or cancelling them on purpose as it seemed. I think she took complete advantage of them due to their age and it is really unacceptable, unappreciative and unprofessional. I would never want to work for a GM who operated in such a manner and she really needs to be dealt with. If she keeps this behavior up you won't have any employees at all working or a high turnover ratio.
I really would like for someone to contact me asap regarding this matter because as I stated before my children are minors and Cassidy to full negative advantage of them.
