The manager, Jim Baird is great, but he is trying to do mechanical work and run the store. He doesn't even have time to acknowledge appointments made online or answer the phone.
He needs more help.
I have switched from Costco to our local Mr. Tire #870 in South Euclid, Ohio for the service and prices.
The service at this location is great, but if you don't increase the staffing,
I may have to take my business elsewhere.
