On January 4, 2020 I purchased over $50.00 of groceries. amount them I purchased Krogers Traditional Roast Beef deli meat. Today January 6, 2020 I arrived from my office, I was going to prepare a sandwich, I open the deli meat for the first time and it had mold on it and the expiration date was Feb 2020. Not very happy that I had to leave and return the bad deli meat. I drove over to Kroger's waited in customer service line for approximately 10 plus minutes. Finally, spoke with a Beverly, who was overall pretty kind, but I was very disappointed that her only feedback back was you can receive your money back or a replace it happens! I have been coming to this Kroger's for years and I was offended that no apology or consideration for my time was considerated. Trust me she couldn't afford to pay for my time.
Is this the level of customer satification Kroger's in now aiming for? I am highly disappointed and I think this should be addressed. Maybe, further training is needed. Or is Kroger's going to wait till the level is so low you start losing loyal customer's?
