Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 6:00pm, I entered the store to buy Coffee Mate when an employee was making a scene with another person. I made a comment about customers not wanting to hear that kind of commotion and the employee approached me yelling for me to get out. When I asked why, he threatened to call police. I immediately left and called the police myself. Never have I ever been verbally accosted in a public place.
The police arrive and I filed a report. They told me they would speak with him but since I wasn't physically assaulted they could not do anything.
It is up to Speedway to do better mental evaluations on employees. This manager was a nut job.
Desired outcome: Fire the employee for customer safety!
