Firestone Complete Auto Care

For each and every page, individually do the following: from the perspective of the owner, give a short description about the page and how to file a complaint on your websiteI have been a firestone customer for 7 years. But this particular store in Fairborn, OH is causing me tremendous problems.

Below is the start of of this NIGHTMARE for me. Spent over 3000 for services that are listed below dated 9/29/22. All the following dates are me taking it back 3 times for the same issue. Was told I needed a "Top engine overhaul" due to a worn piston ring. Chevy dealership looked at it (at Firestone's recommendation) on Feb.7. The mechanic there said there is NO indication that ANYTHING is wrong with the engine and a top engine overhaul is NOT needed. Said the catalytic converter O2 sensor was bad and the catalytic converter was faulty as well. Took it in 2 days later and they replaced the "faulty catalytic converter" and I was relieved. 4 days later check engine light is on AGAIN... throwing the same codes relating to catalytic converter. Now I have to take it back a 4th time. I keep taking it to them because everything is still under warranty and I cannot afford to have it done somewhere else. But I cannot keep taking this car back to them. I would like my money back on the services rendered related to catalytic converter on Sept. 29, 2022 so I can take the car and have it fixed CORRECTLY! Your "triple promise" is not a promise. Your promise states, "Fixed right, priced, right, right on time". Sorry, but your company has NOT delivered on that "promise" I did file a complaint and requested that the area manager James L. contact me. Case #2702904. I was told he would contact me within 2 business days. I feel that whoever is working on my car is being careless, and sloppy! The problem still exists and the time and stress this has caused me is unbelievable. I am afraid to drive my car. I expect a FULL refund on all services performed that are related to catalytic converter, 02 sensors, labor, etc. on Sept. 29, 2022 so I can take it to a reputable mechanic.

Took suv into get tires put on beginning of oct. Had 1 tpms out already new that they brought to my attention. We decided to fix it for 82.50 guys come back and said they cant right now its a new system and they still havent figured it out so well set another time to fix. When I pulled out checked tire pressure and another one was out, called to complain to manager and said well take care of it when we schedule. So cold air has arrived and checked my tires on 11-14 and discovered that they never put old sensor back on. So I called to check on that and tell them about the other sensor and gettting the one fixed and the other taking care by them. Guy says its not there fault their not paying for it I will have to for both even though it was fine before I showed up and let the know right after. Guy was a rude [censored]. Said their not eating it, it would cost 427.50 to fix both even though they broke one, trying to charge 127.00 for labor for each when he told me it takes half hour, asked for corporate number he tell me to get online and look for it. Total dirtbag rude called me boss and laughed. This is the fairborn ohio firestone auto care on broad street. Dont go there.
