2/7/24 around 1:00 pm, I was at the speedway on 5 points store. So this employee Morgan I have had nasty run ins with her numerous times I do not understand why speedway would put up with this unprofessionalism. I asked her for a lid for one of the soft drink cups! She said what size, was I looking for I was not sure! Meanwhile she’s standing back behind counter texting on her phone, instead of coming and seeing what I needed. Finally she walks over and says, no we do not have anymore of those lids, that’s why I asked you so I did not have to walk over here! I looked at her like this is your job! She then preceded to tell me if I have a problem, I could leave! The whole time she’s on her phone! This young lady has such a nasty attitude with everyone that comes in the store! I really do not understand you guys wanting an employee like this in your company! This is one of numerous complaints she has had, now if corporate is in store wow she’s sweet as pie, she told another employee that yeah I have some many complaints their not going to do anything, really I go in this store everyday before work , I guess I will start going to Casey’s because I just cannot stand the nastiest! Desired outcome: I want this employed talked to, this is the 5 points store

Speedway - Customer service.
I’m writing to report a manager at Speedway 179 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324.
I believe her name is Morgan. I’ve witnessed her being very rude to customers on a continued basis. I found myself on the other end of her wrath on multiple occasions. Today I had to pay for gas with change. It was an emergency and I didn’t have my card. I was already feeling bad about it and apologized. In a very demeaning tone, she said I will do it this time but next time it has to be rolled. I replied if it is a problem I can go somewhere else. She then replied very rudely saying I told you I would do it this time. I left shaking and on the verge of tears. My daughter went in to see what was going on and was told to leave and that she was not allowed to purchase the pop she was getting. When she returned to the car I went back in to simply get her name. I ask her name and she said it was Morgan and then told me to leave or she was calling the police. Neither my daughter or I were rude or causing a scene. Just trying to figure out what we did wrong and why she was being so mean to us. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her do this. She gets angry at any customer who questions her and tells them to leave. Now threatening to call the cops on anyone who ask her name. My family and I only buy Speedway gas and have for years. However, if she continues to work there, we will not be back there or any Speedway. We spend well over 500 dollars a week buying gas for our jobs. To be treated this way is unacceptable. To be honest you are losing a lot of customers because of her. I know many people who refuse to go there because of this one manager. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me. I hope all is resolved Speedway has always been my choice gas station and I would hate to lose it. Lisa Norris - [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: I believe Morgan needs to be let go. She is giving your company a bad name and costing you money.
