I called aspen dental to set up an appointment and to see if they took my insurance. The receptionist said they did. I then scheduled an appointment. The appointment was canceled due to the dentist being ill. Another appointment was scheduled when I arrived I was told that they didn't accept my insurance. The receptionist should have told me when she rescheduled me. She was rude and blamed me claiming Ihad an appointment in another office. She never apologized and was joking with another patient her unprofessional ways cost me time and pain. Aspen dental in Fair lawn needs to promptly fire this unprofessional receptionist and replace her with a professional receptionist who knows how to do their job. Please resolve thiscomplaint. Thank you.
