My husband and I went to Aspen at the end of 2021 I believe with him getting extractions and being fitted for dentures. We went back to all the appointments scheduled afterwards for the readjusting and nothing seem to be working with the lining, adjusting after the last readjusting they said they couldn't do anymore. I did suggest remaking them and they stated they would have to charge us again for the replacement.
I am paying for dentures my husband is unable to wear, I have asked for full reimbursement so we can go elsewhere but they are refusing to work with us.
Terrible customer service, terrible doctors onsite with bad attitudes. I will never recommend aspen dental.
