I took my fiancée and daughter to Bob Evans for dinner lats night. We were seated quickly due to it not being busy. the waitress greeted the table, we ordered waters. When she finally came back with 3 waters (10 minutes) later, we were ready to order. The ladies ordered first then myself, my order came with bread which I ordered the famous Bob Evans rolls which came out on 1 small plate, they were cold and misshaped? we literally waited 30 plus minutes for our meals, once delivered my fiancé's meal was incorrect and the waitress caught it when she set the plate down, then said she could have them make another plate and it would take seconds? We waited 30 minutes for food and now it can be made in seconds? Next her daughter finds a HAIR in her meat?! When the waitress came back, I told her she found a hair in her food, she said oh I can have it remade in seconds? This was unacceptable that no discount was offered due to the horrific experience that occurred. I will never go to that Bob Evans EVER again. I can't believe this is how employees are trained to handle complaints. Recook food in seconds? Nobody wants a hair in their experience. They weren't even busy, hate to see what goes on when they are busy!
Desired outcome: Refund my meal since none of the employees cared to even offer that. I even left a fair tip.
Bob Evans - Dinner and service
I took my family out for 2 birthdays to the bob evans restaurant in new albany, store #416.
We were 1 of the 2 seatings in there when we arrived. We waited 20-25 minutes for our after we ordered. My husband ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak dinner... It was nothing but gristle.. I could hear his knife trying to cut it. He then ordered a piece of pumpkin pie for dessert. We waited 15 minutes, he then when to counter to ask about it. The waitress said it would be another 15 minutes, they had to bake it.
She should have come out and told him that. We didn't have time to wait, we had been there for over 70 minutes as it was.
We proceed to check out and the cashier asked how everything was and my husband told her it was not good. She didn't care at all, and said your total is 62.50 he repeated his concerns and she says your total is 62.50, an apology was never offered.
The only waitress was flustered, the cashier was rude and the manager was only concerned with take out orders.
Not a good experience at all.

Bob Evans - Mashed potatoes
We buy at least 2 of your mashed potatoes a week. Usually there aren't any problems.
Yesterday I was serving original mashed potatoes. My husband was already eating them. I scooped out a spoonful. There was a big fly in the potatoes. Dead of course. Letting you know. Wasn't happy.
Please advise.
