I came in early this morning to the Niles Bob Evans, it was slow so I was hoping to order and eat before my doctors appointment I waited over 20 minutes and my server Mike never came to my table. I eventually had to go up to the front where the manager was and told them I had not been waited on after that said the employees were talking as if it was normal that he doesn’t acknowledge customers. This place seems to be going down hill fast I will be sticking to the Belmont restaurant!

I often take my parents out to eat at the Warren Ohio location and everytime I get “Mike” as a waiter it is the worst experience. He never greets us until he is ready to take our order and half the time we never receive our drinks until after our food comes. After we’re done eating (without being checked on once) he tries to force us to buy desserts from him saying he will lose his job if he doesn’t sell. I overheard him telling the table next to us as well. You shouldn’t have people be forced to buy anything, I will not be returning to this location until he is gone.
Or he could well be lying in order to get more tips. The more you buy the larger the tip.
He has a point he should not be forced to sell desserts if people do not want to buy desserts.
