After several incidence of the same nature I have decide to report the attitude of an order taker. I visit this store several times a week because my 97 year old mother like chicken.
When I try to make an order a particular order taker always has an unpleasant attitude. She tries to tell the customer what they are going to order even it they do not want that particular item then gets testy if customer tells her that they do not want to order a particular item. She seems to want to argue with the customer about the order and I did not come to KFC to argue. I just want what I ordered. I have started to become accustomed to check the order before I leave the pick up window because in the past I did not get what I ordered. Then when I call about it I am told that it is an honest mistake. This happens too often to be an honest mistake. The employee of the restaurant need customer service, customer relations training and sensitivity training as to handle all type of customer need
Desired outcome: Employee customer training (Customer relation and sensitive for customer needs leading to good customer service.)
