On 7/1/2018 I spent $700.00 replacing rear rotors, pads and calipers on my 2003 Honda Element. On 6/19/20, I spent $544.00 because I had to replace the right rear caliper and pads due to the right rear caliper locked up, forced to take it to CONRAD's near my job. I am requesting a refund from Mr. Tire of the $544.00. The right rear caliper locked up, and the right rear pad was down to 0% because of the damage from the caliper.

Mr. Tire - tpms/ tire leak
On 6/3/19 at 10:37:19am, I took my Nissan Sentra SR to Mr. Tire to get the back right tire looked out for a leak. Mr. Tire called me later that day and said it would cost me $1, 200 - that I needed all these repairs. My car is a 2015 model with only 24k miles, the fluids are fine, I just got the car serviced under warranty the day prior. I told them all I needed was the tire fixed and the guy would not help me. He did a full inspection without my permission and forced to charge me for it. All I needed was a tire patch. Later my dad calls them and gets them to lower the price to $141.23, so we agree to pay it. Approximately 15 days later I come home from vacation (my car literally never left the driveway) and I found out my PSI was at 15. I go back to mr tire to tell them the fix did not work and the guys would not even talk to me. They were mad because of me denying to pay $1, 200 for fixes I did not need. I was crying in the office and they took my keys without my permission and I couldn't even get my insulin out of my purse. They rush to fix it to get me away and say that it was no cost. I drive home relieved I'm done dealing with the people at Me Tire. About a week and a half later, my tire is flat again. This time, I take the car to Nissan and they find a tiny hole from a nail in the tire, causing me to get a new tire - how could Mr Tire misdiagnose the most obvious thing...because they are fraud, they caused the nail after replacing my TPMS sensor. So where did I hit a nail when my car was literally in the driveway for 15 days? I call Mr Tire to give me my money back to repair my car at Nissan and they say I have to call corporate. Please give me my money back and I won't go farther with this complaint. I have already told all of my peers and family and no one intends to use Mr Tire after my experience, (1) for not accommodating my disability and letting my get my insulin before taking my car keys away and slamming the door in my face, (2) for trying to take advantage of me and my family for money, and (3) for intentionally messing up my car.
