Incident happened on Friday August 18th at the store on Maysville Avenue in Zanesville Ohio. I had seen on TV all week where if you ordered a pizza ON LINE it was half off. However when I went to pick it up and pay it was not. I asked the girl why and she stated I had to use an app. I told her not everyone has an app and it said nothing on TV about an app. She then said well it is buy one get one half price. Once again I told her it said nothing about that. All this time she was smirking at me. I finally paid and left. I later called the manager and he informed me I had to use the 50% off coupon. I told him it stated nothing about it on TV. He told me he was not in control of what corporate does on TV. This is not the first time I have had bad service and a bad product from this store.
Desired outcome: do not want any as I am done with Dominos
