I came to your store location at 2850 NW 23rd Okc and had the worst customer service ever. The workers is always not paying any attention to the front desk, food nor orders. I went to the store location Tuesday and went through the drive thru I ordered a #8 and a small fries. My fries was so cold an rock solid? I drove off and came into the store to ask if I can get a new fresh order of fries. The worker at the drive-thru seem to have an attitude because I ask for more fresh fries. As I waited the I guess manager comes up to the counter and ask me quote: Do you have a problem? I said yes I'm just waiting on fresh fries, and why do you have such and attitude? she says I have no attitude? I said or you going to put down me some fresh fries she says yeah I guess someone did I waited for at least 7min, ask for a refund and the girl that gave me my refund put her hand in my bag and contaminated my food. I went to the store today waited for at least 5min at the front desk for service while your workers talked amongst each other like no store no drive thru had to come into the store why! upset that your store has no class.
Desired outcome: Please have a meeting and let them now they got to do better than there funky attitudes and customer service to the public.
