1st there was no one seating people it was not a busy time of day as luck had not began yet and breakfast was over approximately 1030am to 11am.
2nd I ordered the Belgium waffle combo and the waffle was so cold the butter didn't melt at all so I requested a fresh waffle because it was cold and spungey. They took it back and microwaved it and brought it back in far worse shape than before hot and tough and still spongey so I requested a manager and non ever came out to address it the then brought back a hot waffle but it was obviously the same one they had just put in the waffle iron to toast because the waffle had black specks all through it likely due to unlean kitchen conditions and they appeared to be I. The same pattern as before so they never prepared fresh they only warned again the same garbage and served to to me. When I asked I was told the manager and kitchen staff were being lazy I could tell the wait staff was frustrated by the lack of support from management and back of house.
Desired outcome: Would be nice to have staff that has a little pride in their job so I can continue to bring my family of 15 to enjoy sand springs IHOP as it is our home town.
IHOP - Food and service
We were seated okay. I ordered coffee and could only get two cups, he ordered sweet tea and even though he brought it to their attention they still brought unsweetened and laughed and said they didn't know what the problem was. We didn't get salt and pepper until I finally went around looking for it. My biscuits and gravy were cold as ice. Very shoddy service and cold food.
