On 2/28 I ordered food online and picked it up at the restaurant. The order was ready when I arrived so I didn't watch it being made. The meat and other items totaling $12 wasn't in my order. I called veronica at the corvallis store on monroe right away. She said I didn't need to return (I live 15 minutes away) and she would refund the money to the credit card I used. She hasn't done that, and I want my refund.
Desired outcome: I want the $12 returned or at the very least a credit. At this point Im not sure I will eat at chipolte again.
