On 4/17/23 at 3:29 pm, my husband and I went through the drive through at your 1101805 store in Eagle Point, Oregon. I placed my order and asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and a famous combo. The young lady read back a combo and a different chicken sandwich. I responded with "no I wanted the grilled chicken." The menu had an automatic changing page and was hard to read. (I was not aware there was more than one grilled chicken sandwich until it came back to the one I wanted.) The young lady became very rude and started telling me that I needed to know exactly what kind of sandwich I wanted, before I tried to order. She would not allow me to explain my error and continued to tell me what I needed to do. I finally said "OK I got it"and drove to window. When I got to window I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was making food and I'd have to wait. My husband and I payed for our food and went inside. We were completely ignored as were other customers of which several left. No one came to the front counter for 15 min. Finally a young man came and when asked to let Manager know again we were waiting, we were told once again he wasn't available. We waited until 4:20 and was ignored the rest of time. The young lady kept her name tag covered with her ponytail so I could not get her name. Another young lady who was checking in for her sift went back and told the person who was managing again, we were waiting. Again he ignored us. It was then that we were told there was no manager on site, just a sift manager. I asked for a number I could reach corporate and was told they did not have a number. The original young lady who was so rude and disrespectful would talk to coworkers point at us and laugh. After hearing there was no manager I then told my husband that was fine, I'd look up the corporate number and call them. This was at 4:30 pm. We got to our vehicle and we were approached by an older man who said he was a sift manager just coming on duty. He listened to my complaint and then asked me not to notify Corporate until the manager returned from vacation by the end of week. I gave him my phone number and agreed to wait. I have not heard from the manager so now am reaching out to you. I'm 71 yrs old and love to see young people who are working and doing well. However, I won't put up with rudeness or disrespect from anyone. This young lady was over the top and a bad example for Carl's Jr. I won't be returning to this site do the treatment we received there. You lost out on several orders due to them refusing to come to the front. I was not rude nor did I raise my voice. I'm sure your cameras will show this.
Desired outcome: Would like to know what if anything is done?
