It will help other shoppers and we'll use it to improve our products.
We purchased these items on Oct. 15, and were told by the tech. guy that all we had to buy to replace our old router was to buy the Deco wi-fi system. We went home & installed the three meshes as instructed, but no wi-fi? I called our local Staples & talked to another tech. guy, and he told us we needed to either use our old router, or buy a new one, or the Deco system wouldn't work. I put the old router back so we would have internet over the weekend. I called back & talked to another tech. person, and got another entirely answer? I then asked to talk to a manager, and his only remedy was for us to bring the Deco system back for a refund. All in all I did not like the service I was getting with no regard for the time we were/had wasted (ing). So we traveled to Medford, OR yesterday, and purchased all of the items at a good savings, and I returned all $433.? worth of stuff to Staples in Grants Pass. The only thing we did not return was the pencil sharpener, and I have no clue how my wife likes it, not that there is a bunch of difference in little sharpeners like we bought. Over all rating for service; C-.
