So on 11/27/2019 I bought my pregnant daughter a sofa for her House she just bough. She going to have friends over for chritmas and baby shower. So i drove from Kelso to Portland to buy this sofa because i called them and they said it was instock. I could pick it up at the warehouse or have it delivered. So made the hour trip to the store paid for the sofa that they said they hda 5-6 of them in stock. Come to find out the warehouse is in tacoma. 3 hours the other direction. so i select to have is premium delivery and to get the extra Protections. the next available delivery day for my place is 12/20/2019 still intime for our need and christmas Im okay with that.
12/18/19 I believe i got the phone confirmation call and a text confirmation.
12/19/2019 I recieved another text confirmation telling me to confirm and that my delivery could not be changed.
12/20/2019 I get a call at 0800 in the morning telling me that they can not deliver the sofa because it did not show up on the truck. I told them it was in the warehouse in tacoma wa, not coming on a truck.
I talk to the store in portland and they say well it didnt make it and they wont have more until 01/14/2020 this is total [censored] they would have had to sell the one I bought to someone after the fact because they specifically checked to make sure it was there, they even said I could drive to tacoma right then and pick it up. So now they cant deliver it until 01/15/2020 and they cant give me something out the store.

i keep getting damaged stuff. i have a bed frame and one night stand. 3 out of 4 deliveries have been refused due to damaged goods.
i have tried numerous times to work this out with the store and i was given a minimal i think discount and my delivery fee was not refunded back to my credit card but taken off my financed balance as well as the discount of about 330.00 i talked to the business manager Ashely at the store i purchased the product and she told me that i needed to except the goods as damaged and they will have a tech come out and fix the issue. come on why do i have to accept damaged product and fight with them to get out and fix it. and then make payments on that garbage.
i have never had to deal with a company like this before.
i was in the store 3 times ea. time customers were really upset about what i myself and now going through.
this is absolutely unacceptable business practice.
